Research
The Wider Europe Research Programme undertakes research into the European Union’s policies towards the countries in its neighbourhood as well as the politics and economics of the EU’s eastern neighbours. This research is presented at our regular conferences and through our publications listed below.
The JMWEN advises both the Swedish International Development Agency (SIDA) on its programme of assistance for Ukraine under the contract ‘Advisory Services for EU–Ukraine’, ref. 2007.002743 and the Committee of the Regions, in collaboration with Aston University. We are very grateful to SIDA for allowing us to make the various policy papers we have produced for them available for download from our website.
